2 physical units (2 floors on top of each other) 25 and 23 beds

6 Nurse Managers Report to the director

Competent EKG skills & what all that entails, etc.

Telemetry experience or above (no med/surg only) & Manager experience preferred, not required

Reason for opening: merged units into one and this has caused an influx of patients

Challenges: dramatic increase in census & they had to re-open floor for heart failure & pneumonia

MUST have BSN

Salary could go into low 100’s for strong candidate depending on education and experience for this VERY visible position
